Definition of Shiatsu
Shiatsu is a Japanese discipline similar to massage, ideal for maintaining the body's natural functioning and freeing the mind from intrusive thoughts. The session takes place on the floor while wearing comfortable clothing.
In group Shiatsu classes, the work is done in pairs. You take turns being the “giver” and then the “receiver” in order to experience and then practice the technique.
The goal is for everyone to be able to replicate a relaxing and balancing session in a private setting. Throughout the year, each area is addressed to ultimately achieve a holistic approach to the body. The theoretical fundamentals are covered as the course progresses.

Definition of Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga that aims to create sequences of poses called “flows” synchronized with the breath.
Mental letting go comes through movement; thoughts are set aside for a moment of relaxation. The flow can be slow or more rhythmic depending on the theme or time of the session.
Stress is regulated, and internal energies are brought back into circulation in a harmonious way. The stretches provided by the poses offer true physical relaxation and, over time, greater flexibility.

Do In is a self-massage technique originating in China that promotes health and wellness.
This practice consists of:
- stretching,
- locating and stimulating vital points on the body with the hands
- breathing exercises.
The work offered varies from one session to the next, incorporating the concept of “season” which helps to regulate metabolism throughout the year. Advice on healthy living and guidance on letting go during the sessions complement the benefits.
Relaxing and revitalizing, Do In should be practiced regularly.
