WHY have a Shiatsu massage during your stay?
A profound experience of letting go and releasing tension
Definition
Shiatsu – literally ‘thumb pressure’ – is an acupressure technique originating in Japan. Much more than a simple massage, this art is practised on the floor, through loose-fitting clothing, by applying pressure to acupuncture points along the energy meridians.
Benefits
It is a treatment for both body and mind, which activates and regulates the body’s natural metabolic functions and relieves stress .
Breathing exercises and stretching complete the session to release muscle and joint tension , and revitalise the digestive, circulatory, hormonal and lymphatic systems.
Important : this list is not exhaustive! All the benefits of Shiatsu will be explained to you at the start of your stay. You can find further information on the Shiatsu page of the website.Immediate deep relaxation and a restored natural balance.
60 minutes = €70
On request. Limited places. -

Why is INTERMITTENT FASTING a key part of your stay?
Improved digestion and better bowel function restore mental clarity
Over these 7 days, we offer you an introduction to intermittent fasting in ideal conditions: a peaceful setting, caring support and healthy food.
What is intermittent fasting?
It is not about deprivation, but a simple dietary rebalancing: you alternate between a period of eating (over an 8-hour window) and a period of rest for your digestive system (around 14 to 16 hours).
Why practise it on a retreat?
- Improved digestion: less fatigue after meals, more energy for activities.
- Mental clarity: many participants report improved concentration and a feeling of lightness.
- Metabolic support: intermittent fasting can help regulate blood sugar levels and promote natural detoxification.
- Self-awareness: you learn to listen to your body’s signals, without frustration.
How does the introductory session work?
- Brunch at 10.30 am: a full, hearty meal to last the whole day, sweet, savoury, hot and cold
- Dinner at 6.30pm: a nourishing but not overly heavy meal, to optimise sleep quality
No obligations: Our approach is flexible and non-dogmatic.
